5. Messaging / Live Chat

We provide a live messaging/chat service. When the messaging/ chat option is used by you, the content of that chat will be recorded by us for our research and later engagement with you. Any information collected by us through our live chat shall be given the same level of protection and security as we do use for other personal information of yours. Additionally, the content of the chat is stored on a third-party service called Ascend by Wix. The transcripts of all our chats are securely stored using their service and is accessible only to us. Furthermore, we may use the content of the chat for our research but at no time shall we divulge such research or information in a manner that can personally identify you. We do not use Cookies or any Local / Session storage application program interface (API’s) protocol. There will be no cookies or tracking of any other information through any service whatsoever.

You may also receive emails from us from time to time informing you of our products and services we think you might like. Any information that we receive in the form of chat or other messages will be processed by us for research purposes alone. 


Your personal data will be retained by us for as long as necessary or till such time you make a request to have your information removed from our system. However, we may retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with any applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The content regarding suiciding behaviour and emotional distress in a live chat session will be accessible to our employees.

Our website is primarily for use by adults, however there may be times that persons under the age of 18 may contact us given the nature of our services. In all such cases where we receive personal information pertaining to minors it will be our endeavour to contact their primary care-giver the moment we are made aware of their age.

We take all precautions, physical, electronic, and procedural, to ensure that your data is kept secure from any possible breaches, including measures undertaken by our web hosting service.
